Goodbye Summer
Let’s get it out of the way now: yes I took these photos when it was incredibly smokey and that’s why the lighting is a little odd. I personally think it looks pretty great and I never could have archived this with editing alone, but if you are looking at them thinking, “huh what happened here?”, blame global warming.
I just styled these sandals last week too, so I won’t go into them too much! But I would like to point out just how great platforms are, so why do we tolerate wearing heels?! As much as I love the look of heels, and think certain outfits need them, we should all just make the switch to platforms. Please vote in the comments!
Can we get a standing ovation for this dress?! I have never really been an orange or yellow fan, mainly because they are just not my colors. But something about the hues in this dress balanced out by the green make it look less orange. I don’t know, but what I do know is that I am in love with this dress and will wear it until it falls off of my body. The back (or lack thereof) is one of my favorite parts. I cannot help but love a backless moment, and this one really takes the cake when it comes to being daring in that way. Both the top and the bottom ties in the back are adjustable, which makes this dress fit pretty well and true size! I have also recently discovered that I am a sucker for a puff sleeve like this. I was getting dressed yesterday and noticed just how many tops and now 2 dresses, that I have with these puffed sleeves. And I am here for it!
