Unique Gift Guide for Every Budget
Well, it is that time of year folks! The stress of Christmas shopping has finally begun and if you are anything like me, you haven’t started shopping or even started planning for the holidays and the gifts for all of the people on your list. As much as I love giving others gifts, I suck at the planning aspect and the ability to get things done in a timely manner. So I have compiled this (hopefully) ultimate, unique gift guide to accommodate everyone on your list and help you stick to your budget! There is no reason to go broke to give your loved ones gifts they will love!
$0-$20
Time. This one sounds kind of ridiculous, or stereotypical, but this is something that anyone can give at any time. If you have someone in your life who just had a baby, has been sick, has to work a lot, is older, and has a harder time getting things done alone, you can offer to do so many things. Offer to help them clean their home, make them dinner or bring over a few prepared meals, babysit for free so the parents can have some time to themselves, clean up their yard, run errands for them, or just go and spend time with them. Time is a gift that no one ever thinks to give.
All of these are able to be personalized based on color preferences and tastes, and I would also not recommend getting a plant online, but this is a blog so I wanted to link just in case!
$25-$50
These again are all customizable to what the person you’re buying for my have a preference for! At this price point, I can also start to include experiences that you can gift if you prefer to gift those kinds of things over physical items. I also highly recommend downloading the Groupon app if you don’t already have it. This really helps you get the best deals on experiences, especially during the holiday season!
This would be a good price point to gift a beauty service to someone if you have someone in your life who enjoys them! Getting a manicure usually falls within this price point and can be a great gift for someone who never pampers themselves, or someone who enjoys getting them done often!
$55-$80
Stay at home coupes night. If you have a couple in your life or even just a singular person who needs to relax but is either a homebody or just needs to relax at home, this is a wonderful gift. Get them a Postmates gift card and an Amazon Prime so they order delivery to their home and watch a movie. Lets them treat themselves without having to spend money and allow them to relax!
$85-$100
Concert tickets. Now that concerts are back in session with masks and vaccine cards being presented, you can give the gift of live music again. Massive show or small venue, so many people have mentioned how much they have missed live music so this is the perfect gift! It is an experience that you can gift other people to go to or you can take them and go with them!
$150+
Plan a trip. This is the price point where you can plan a trip for someone else! Either for you to go with them or for this person and their partner or even if they wanted a solo trip. This could be a stay-cation or a trip further away, and you can decide how much you want to pay for, but typically you would pay for the transport to wherever they are going, and then for the place they would be staying. Maybe throw in a spa treatment or some other excursion depending on where they are going. This would be such a fun idea if this is something in your budget!
I hope this was helpful! I hope you either loved the exact thing I showed or that it sparked your creative juices to find something else for the people on your list! This Friday I have some other budget tips for some holiday decor, and next week even more holiday content! Like maybe some holiday party looks? Some holiday outfit inspo? Stay tuned!
